In the name of beloved Pranav Vashishtha, his father Dr. Gyanendra Kumar Sharma, who himself has been and is a famous judge-academician, author, writer and research scholar, plan to establish an Academy for providing guidelines to the aspirants of PCS(J) and HJS for all the States of Northern India and for imparting the different types of innovative training programmes to the members of global civil societies.

A code of ethics will be framed by the Discipline Committee of the Academy. Every candidate will be required to maintain the code of conduct.
Every candidate will be in the following dress while in the Academy-
Boys- Black/White Trouser, white shirt, black tie and black blazer.
Girls- Black/White Trouser, white shirt, black tie and black blazer or White kameej-salwar and black blazer.
However, on Sunday special classes, casuals may be allowed.
The code of conduct will be provided to every candidate at the time of the admission to the academy.
On violation of the code of conduct, disciplinary action may be taken by the Director of the academy whose decision will be final.

In fact, there is no Judicial Academy to provide scientific guidelines to the aspirants of PCS(J) and HJS in Districts Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Baraut, Shamli, Bulandshahr, Hapur, Moradabad, Sambhal and Ghaziabad. Some Hon’ble Advocates, at their personal level, are providing some guidance on individual subject bases.
Presently, Pranav Vashishtha Judicial Academy is the only Academy for the above-mentioned Districts to provide scientific coaching to the aspirants of the PCS (J) and HJS for all the States of Northern India. It will provide the coaching in all the subjects, may be language, general knowledge, all the law subjects, latest case laws etc.

Initially the following facilities will be provided in the Judicial Academy and Training Centre, namely; -
a. Teaching by expert faculty;
b. Library facility;
c. On-line SCC and Manupatra;
d. Initially on payment PG facility for girls.

The Judicial Academy is established in the name and style of Pranav Vashishtha Judicial Academy and Training Centre. Presently the Academy and Training Centre is established in District Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Gradually, it may be established in other parts of Northern India. The present address of the Academy is A-1, A Block Market, Near Tej Garhi Chauraha, (above the Bangal Sweets) Shastri Nagar Meerut-250004.

A. The Fee- Structure for the PCS(J) Aspirants is as follows-
i. Rs. 2,00,000/- (Two Lakhs) for entire course for one year including GST;
ii. For BPL Classes for the Indian Society, having potential for legal education and to transform from an Advocate to a Judge, No-fee will be charged, but the candidate has to manage the logistics like stay, food etc.;
iii. For Antodaya Group of the Indian Society, having potential for legal education and to transform from an Advocate to a Judge, No-fee will be charged and the logistics like stay and food will also be managed by the Academy.

B. The Fee- Structure for the HJS Aspirants is as follows-
i. Rs. 1,50,000/- (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) for entire course for one year including GST;
ii. For BPL Classes for the Indian Society, having potential for legal education and to transform from an Advocate to a Judge, No-fee will be charged, but the candidate has to manage the logistics like stay, food etc.;
iii. For Antodaya Group of the Indian Society, having potential for legal education and to transform from an Advocate to a Judge, No-fee will be charged and the logistics like stay and food will also be managed by the Academy.

Presently all Sessions will be in Hindi and English.

In Academy, the delivery of lectures will not be the only part, but all the candidates will be provided with a scheme and plan for goal oriented education. The plan may include:

i. Need assessment of every candidate;
ii. Developing the mechanism to make the lectures more attractive;
iii. Developing the mechanism to make the candidates more attentive so that lectures are productive;
    a. Personal habits of the candidates to make the habit more productive may be taken care of;
    b. Food habits may be guided to improve the mental faculty of the candidates to make it a sharp learner;
    c. The Academy may develop the mechanism for regulation of health issues (physical exercises/yoga/running/other physical activity in the morning). A healthy body has a healthy and stress-free brain which guarantees a better learning process.
iv. Every candidate will prepare his/her notes under the supervision of the faculty of the Academy. The notes will be corrected by the concerned faculty to make them more scoring;
v. Periodical tests/examinations will be held to check the understanding of the candidates;
    The candidates will be guided for maintaining the time management for the study.
vi. Every candidate will be guided on what provisions of particular legislation to give priority;
vii. Plan for the study will be given to every candidate.

A screening test for the candidates’ desire for admission in the Academy may be conducted by the Director of the Academy. The test may be written, oral or some other mode.

The purpose for the screening test will be to assess the potential, mindset and interest of the candidate in judicial examination.

FOUNDER - Dr. Gyanendra Kumar Sharma is a prominent Judge Academician. Doctorate and Post Doctorate Degree Holder, Dr. Sharma has written five books. He has also written more than fifty Articles and Research Papers published in National and International Magazines/Journals.

Dr. Sharma has been Director of Judicial Academy responsible for imparting training to the Judges, Civil Servants, Police Officers and other stakeholders of the judicial system.

Dr. Sharma is the Resource Person of several Judicial Academies, Administrative Academies, Police Academies and prominent Institutions.

Having expertise in Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Gender Justice, Transgender Jurisprudence and other innovations in the judicial system.

Apart from the above subjects, Dr. Sharma will himself take up the language part, Drafting of Plaint, Written Statement, Framing of Issues, Framing of Charge, and Judgement Writing in Civil and Criminal Cases.

OTHER FACULTY MEMBERS

Dr. Anjum Jahan – A committed and accomplished legal academician, having Ph.D. in Law. Gold Medalist in LL.M with specialization in Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. Graduate with focus on Public Health Laws. Qualified the SNET examination. Former Faculty at Faculty of Law, Subharti University. Published several scholarly articles and books on legal issues including custodial torture, AI in criminal justice, cyber investigation, and caste-based atrocities.

Dr. Avdesh Pratap – Expert in environmental protection laws, especially Water Laws. Known as a Legal Scientist. On panel of institutions like FRI, Judicial Academies, IAS Academy Mussoorie, and law universities. Expertise includes Environment Laws, Criminal Law, and Forest Laws.

Prof. Rajesh Bahuguna – Pro-Vice Chancellor and Head, School of Law, Doon University, Dehradun. Expert in Civil, Criminal, Jurisprudence, and Constitutional Law. Will take online classes.

Shri Navneet Kumar HJS (Retd.) – Currently Chairman, District Consumer Redressal Commission. Holds LLM degree and is an expert in Criminal Laws and Procedural Laws.

Dr. Prakash (Meerut) – Doctorate in Land Laws. Senior Advocate dealing with Land and Revenue Law. Will teach Land (Rural and Urban) Laws of Northern India.

Dr. Nandita – Experienced General Knowledge instructor. Will handle General Knowledge classes. Some Current Legal Affairs sessions will be conducted by Dr. Gyanendra Kumar Sharma and Dr. Avdesh Pratap.

Prinita Vashishtha Agnihotri – Psychologist with experience in psychological counselling in Birla College (Nainital), District Hospitals, and Army personnel. In-charge of counselling sessions for all PCS(J) and HJS aspirants.

This is not a casual statement of vision. The founder and Director of the Academy, Dr. Gyanendra Kumar Sharma, has qualified the judicial services examinations for several States. He has also developed a mechanism to make this vision a reality.
